• Service improvement: analyze platform usage to improve the experience and develop new features.

• Legal compliance: manage tax and legal obligations arising from transactions carried out.

• Security: detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized use of the platform.

The legal basis for processing is the execution of the contract (service provision), legitimate interest (service improvement, security), and consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies).

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations:

• Account data: while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete it within 30 days.

• Uploaded photographs: associated with your saved projects. They are deleted along with your account or when you delete the project.

• Billing data: 5 years, in accordance with Spanish tax legislation.

• Access logs: 12 months for security reasons.
