Subscription terms

Housia (housia.ai) is a digital architecture and interior design studio powered by artificial intelligence. For any question about your plan or payments, email us at info@housia.ai.

You can use Housia without signing up. With a free account you get some welcome credits once and a number of messages a day with the assistant. Free use needs no card and commits you to nothing.

The Creator, Pro and Elite plans are monthly subscriptions or, in some countries, annual ones. Each plan includes a number of credits per period and a daily limit of messages with the assistant.

Before you pay you will always see the price, the credits and what each plan includes. The price is the one for your country’s region, in its currency, with any taxes shown at checkout.

• Today you only pay an entry fee (for example, €1.95 in Spain; in other countries, the equivalent amount in your currency) and get 7 days of Housia Pro with 20 credits.
• If you don’t cancel before the 7 days end, your Pro membership renews automatically at your region’s monthly Pro price, in the same currency, and you get Pro’s credits. From then on it renews every month until you cancel.
• We email you 2 days before the first charge, with the date and amount.
• If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged anything else and you keep Pro until the end of the 7 days.
• The trial is one per person and account, on the web and in the app.
• In some countries the trial may be offered without an entry fee or without a card. In that case, the offer you see before starting shows its conditions.

• Credits are used when the AI creates something for you: images, renders, HD upscales, 360° views or videos. Chatting with the assistant uses messages, not credits.
• Plan credits are refilled with each payment. Credits you don’t use in a period don’t roll over to the next one and are lost if the plan ends.
• Credits from packs are added to your balance and never expire: you keep them even if you change or cancel your plan.
• Credits have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using the payment method you provided, until you cancel. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; in the Android app, by Google Play. Housia does not store your card details.

• If you paid on the web: in the app, go to Settings → Manage subscription. You can also cancel from the link in the reminder email.
• If you paid in the Android app: in Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

You cancel online, without calling anyone, with no minimum term and no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until then you keep your plan and its credits.

You can change plans from the app; before you confirm, we show you the price and when it applies.

If we change your plan’s price or these terms, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. The change will apply from the first renewal after that period and, if you don’t agree, you can cancel before then at no cost.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason, by emailing info@housia.ai. As the service starts as soon as you purchase it, at your request, we will refund what you paid minus the proportional part of the service already provided.

Purchases made on Google Play are also subject to Google’s refund policy. Outside these cases, periods already charged are not refunded, unless we made a mistake or the law of your country requires it.

The designs, renders, plans and estimates that Housia generates are for guidance. They help you imagine, decide and compare, but they do not replace a project signed by a qualified professional, building permits or a builder’s quote.

Your account is personal. We may suspend accounts that make abusive or automated use of the service.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. For any question or complaint, email us at info@housia.ai and we will reply as soon as possible.
